We do have an initial info form (Application) and an adoption contract. Our dog adoption fee is $300, Cats $95 and kittens $25. Other small animals are $25 or less depending on what they are. DOG ADOPTIONS INCLUDE: Spay/Neuter, microchipping & all shots prior to leaving or shortly after placed (Depending on the situation).CAT ADOPTIONS INCLUDE: Spay/Neuter, deworming & all shots. KITTEN ADOPTIONS INCLUDE: Deworming and any distemper shots to date. OTHER ADOPTIONS: Will depend on type & need. References are required as well as past pet history. If you rent we do require proof from landlord that you can have the pet.
