Rescue FAQs

Save The Giants is a foster-based, all volunteer, non-profit giant breed dog rescue organization. We focus our rescue efforts on saving and re-homing Great Danes, English Mastiffs, Saint Bernards and Great Pyrenees. We save dogs from shelters and less-than-ideal situations in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Wyoming, and Colorado. We rely solely on donations to save these gentle giants, and we count on our supporters and those who volunteer their time with our organization to help us continue rescuing dogs. STG will provide veterinary care, basic manners & socialization while foster families continue to work with our rescues to help them re-build trust and confidence in themselves and their home environments.
Anywhere in Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Wyoming, Oklahoma and anywhere else we have a volunteer to complete the home visit requirement (see Adoption Process information).
