*Adoption Fee $50-$150(Includes shots, and sometimes already spayed or neutered)
*Contract stating that if not fixed already that you must get the dog fixed or have an apt. to get the dog fixed with in 3 weeks of adoption or the contract will be void and we will confiscate the dog. Also if you find out you can not keep the dog for some reason it must come back to us no re fund.

*Knowledge of the breed for pitbulls if adopting one.
