Rescue FAQs

We are a small boxer rescue who started January 1, 2012. We have years of Boxer experience and why we chose to foster and adopt out Boxers. We love boxers and our mission is to rescue boxers who need new homes. Many of us work full time jobs, so be patient with us as we work as fast as we can. We have a Facebook page so go there and LIKE us and track our events.
We have foster homes in Texarkana, Cabot, El Dorado, and Hot Springs. We adopt in AR, LA, OK and TX, in areas where we have support. If you are outside this area, email us to see if we can adopt to you.

Additional adoption info

Get the Adoption Application at www.BoxerRescueOfTexarkana.com under How to Adopt and read the Requirements. We check vet and personal references and do a home visit. We ask that your pets be spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and rabies, and on monthly heartworm prevention. Fence is required. We work with you to get the best match for your family. We do have adoption fees by age of the dog and a contract.
