Rescue FAQs
As a family, we've started taking in strays in 2007 and adopting them out to the public. We do what we can when we can to adopt healthy pets who are on the PTS (put-to-sleep) list at the local shelters due to the unfortunate lack of space at the shelter. We also bottle-feed and adopt out kittens and puppies who would otherwise have been euthanized. We are a very small rescue group and do what we can to help Earth's creatures find loving, permanent homes.
We will adopt to Southern California and beyond. To date, the furthest we've traveled was Arizona!

Additional adoption info
We do require adoption fees on most pets that vary based on how much it costs to spay/neuter, vaccinate, deworm, etc them. We fund everything out of our own pockets and do not receive outside contributions as our rescue is too small to qualify for most grants.
We have basic standards for our foster pets' safety and well-being that are generally met. Examples include ensuring fence security, cats remain indoors, etc. This is typically determined through a meeting with the pet and his/her future family during the home visit, but this can also be done virtually as needed. Cats are strictly indoors!
