Additional adoption info
All potential adopters must fill out an application from our website (http://www.canineswithacause.com/adoption-form/). Once the application is received we will look it over, call veterinarians, landlords, etc. if needed. Adoption fees vary depending on the age and training of the dog ($100-$350). We require a home check on ALL adoptions. If you are inquiring about one of our dogs and live out of Utah we will contact a rescue in your area who will do a home check.
