The Animal Pad - KY Chapter

Overview The Animal Pad is a nonprofit, all-breed dog rescue devoted to saving the lives of dogs facing euthanasia at high kill animal shelters, as well as saving dogs from living in deplorable conditions within Puppy Mills. Our focus is on abused, neglected, injured, and otherwise special needs dogs; in addition to a focus on overpopulated breeds, such as pit bulls, pit-mixes, and chihuahuas. We rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home locally. We are dedicated to animal advocacy, and educating dog owners on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. We are a foster based rescue, and rely heavily on the kindness and generosity of the amazing people who make donations toward the rescue and care of the dogs we save. Fostering is one of the most important and rewarding roles in animal rescue. TAP will provide all necessary items and veterinary care for your foster dog.
