Arkansas Chihuahua Rescue's mission statement: To rescue abandoned, abused, unwanted, lost, neglected, injured or shelter Chihauhuas by rehabilitating and providing medical care, spay/neutering and to place these Chihuahuas in loving, caring, forever homes.
We serve the Little Rock/N. Little Rock area We also adopt to New England States and use a transport service.

Additional adoption info

We charge an adoption fee which varies on the age and health of the dog. We require 3 references and a vet reference. We do not adopt Chihuahuas to homes with toddlers or large aggressive dogs. We have a contract that outlines our expectations of the adopter. We require that the adopted pet never be relinquished to a shelter. Our adoption fee includes a health certificate from a licensed vet, spay/neuter, combo shot, Rabies vaccine and certificate, microchip and appropriate state- required tests such as Lyme and Erlichia tests.
