Central Arkansas SPCA

Central Arkansas SPCA is based on the belief that all animals need a voice. We are a 501(C)3 non-profit. Our purpose is to re-home abused & neglected animals & educate the community on the importance of spaying or neutering your pets in order to control the pet population. We also do disaster relief when needed & have just set up our cat shelter.
