To Love a Canine Rescue, Inc. (TLC) is a non-profit, all breed, 100% foster-based, no-kill rescue operating in Chester County, PA. Our mission is to rescue and find permanent homes for abandoned, stray and surrendered dogs in order to minimize the needless euthanizing of animals. We have a passion for saving dogs as well as a thirst to educate the community on reducing the number of dogs needing rescue. From puppies to seniors, there is a perfect dog out there for everyone. We pride ourselves on making the right connection between dog and family in order to give our dogs their final, joyful, loving home. Ultimately, our wish would be for empty shelters so no dog is left behind… until they all have a home. TLC is designated as a 501(c)(3) by the IRS. Donations made to TLC are fully tax-deductible as allowed by law.
