Rescue FAQs

Narrative of Activities Justice for Abused Animals Inc The Justice for Abused Animals Inc Organization was created with the purpose of providing a voice for otherwise helpless animals. We promote rescue, rehabilitation, an d responsible pet ownership. We are a group that supports efforts to provide foster homes , relocation, much needed medical care, and justice for criminal acts on animals. We currently operate in several local counties, and have been assisting animals since August of 2012. A group of volunteers , we donate our personal time not only to the rescue effort , but also in court, seeking justice against the abusers who have brought harm to the animals. As of May 2013, we have attended over ten court cases in support of animal rights . We receive funds through mailed donations or through our events, su ch as past adoption events, fundraisers, th e selling of raffle tickets and shirts , and a future event called the Poker Run Bike Ride, where riders donate money to our cause to participate . Our chief method of publicity is through our Facebook page, and through advertisements in newspapers and local media . We have enclosed some articles demonstrating our imp act in our community, and our presence in local media.
