Veterinary Medicine is a love that has been placed in our hearts that we desire to share with you and your companion animals. We at Chase Animal Hospital will strive to provide your pet with the most advanced technology, personal and courteous service possible. "A righteous man regards the life of his animal." Proverbs 12:10 Thank you for entrusting us with your beloved pet!

Additional adoption info

We have potential adopters fill out one of our adoption applications. This starts the verbal conversation about what the family is looking for in a pet. We try our best to match pets and families to ensure a lifelong relationship. The basic fee for all pets is $95. This includes the pet being spay/neutered, heart worm test (for dogs), FELV-FIV test (for cats), and all vaccinations.
