Second Chance Pet Adoptions (SCPAKC) is a NO-Kill not for profit adoption organization operating in the Greater Kansas City Area. We are dedicated to helping homeless animals and displaced dogs and cats find loving, responsible, safe homes. Between the events the animals are kept in foster homes of volunteers who socialize and tend to the animals.
