Rescue FAQs

We are a registered non-profit animal rescue group with our 501(c)(3) status. We are a group of dedicated volunteers whose goal is to reduce euthanasia of adoptable animals in kill shelters by placing them into loving adoptive homes. We vaccinate and spay/neuter our animals before adoption in order to save lives. We rescue animals from high-kill animal shelters in southern states because there are no spay/neuter laws in southern states, which leads to over-population of animals and euthanasia in shelters. We transport our rescued animals to forever homes in other states, usually northern states, because northern states have spay/neuter laws in place, which often leads to a higher demand for adoptable pets. We will transport near or far! This gives our rescues more opportunities to find loving homes! Please inquire for more details. We rely on donations to help rescue animals. Every dollar raised goes directly to animal rescue and provides care, medical/preventative services and an opportunity for an animal to have a chance at a new and wonderful life! Please email Toocutepuppies@yahoo.com for information on how you can make all the difference in the world to a rescue animal by providing a tax-deductible donation! Big or small, any amount will make a huge difference in the lives of these amazing animals! You can even donate directly to our vet, so you know exactly where your donation is going, and that it will be used to help an animal in need. Please email for more info.
We have reliable weekly transports which brings our adopted pets to their new homes in and around the following cities (suburbs too): New York, Baltimore, MD, Washington DC, Delaware, Philadelphia, PA, Richmond, VA, Charlotte, NC, Sherman/Fairfield, CT, & New Jersey. If your location is not listed here, just let us know your location and we will work out a transport route to you! We will transport our animals almost anywhere to a good home! This gives our rescues more opportunities to find loving homes! Please inquire for addition details. We rely on donations to help rescue animals. Additional adoption info

We welcome all adopters, all experience of ownership levels, all ages above 21 years old for primary adopters, but most of all....everyone who has love to give and a home to share! There is a required adoption application so that we can make sure each adoption is a good match for both the humans and the dog. Upon adoption approval, there is a contract to sign stating no abuse will come to the animal. The adoption fee covers the pet's animal shelter release fee, vet check, spay or neuter, age-appropriate shots, heartworm test if age appropriate, parasite prevention if age-appropriate, vet records, leash and collar, plus additional fee for transport. We transport our rescue animals to their new homes in other states, regardless of location. This gives our rescues more opportunities to find loving homes! The adoption fee slightly varies depending on vet needs for each individual animal, and the transport fee depends on location. Please inquire for addition details.
