Freedom Collie Rescue

All adopters must fill out an adoption application. We do vet checks and a home visit. We adopt to indoor only homes. All of our collies are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. All collies are completed vetted, all vaccinations are up-to-date, they are micro-chipped and if needed, they are treated for heart worm disease and are given a dental. Our donation fees are: $325.00 donation for a puppy under 12 months *** $275.00 donation for an adult age 1-9 $150.00 donation for an adult age 10+ *** FCR will require spay/neuter surgery to be performed when puppy reaches 6 months of age. You may choose to take the Collie to an FCR approved veterinarian, where fees will be paid by FCR. If you would prefer to take the Collie to your own veterinarian, FCR will reimburse you, upon proof of payment made to your own vet, for an amount equal to rescue rate at FCR vet. Adoption will not be finalized until the puppy is spayed.
