Mountain Tails Animal Rescue

We are dedicated to making a difference and believe all animals deserve a loving home! Our volunteer group is located in the New River Valley of southwestern Virginia, where we work with local animal shelters and other rescues to help find forever homes for dogs in need. With time, the best vet care, and a great foster home, most of our dogs recover and are placed in homes where they are loved and cherished. All of our animals are fully vetted prior to adoption, which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and other necessary treatments. All dogs are current on heartworm and flea/tick preventative medicines. Mountain Tails is a 501(c)(3) rescue organization, and all donations are tax deductible. As a 100% volunteer-based rescue, we rely solely on the generosity and support of our community of supporters. Your donation allows us to help save the next dog, and we appreciate your support!
