Little Yorkie Rescue is dedicated to finding the perfect, loving home, for the perfect, loving heart. We are a small rescue located in Lorain Ohio. We will adopt out of state if potential adopters are willing to travel to pick up the animal.

There is an adoption application that must be filled out and returned. We ask for vet references and two personal refrences. We also ask to do a home check, if the potential adopter lives out of state we will find a rescue in their area who will do the home check for us. Adoption fees vary for each animal. You will be asked to sign an adoption agreement upon adopting any animal from our rescue.

We are a small rescue that is dedicated to finding the perfect, loving, forever home, for the perfect, loving little heart.We do not have a shelter facility and therefore rely on the hard work of volunteers. We rescue Yorkshire Terriers from puppy mills, back yard breeders, breeders that surrender their retired dams and we pull from shelters. We do this to save their lives. If we did not do what we do these dogs would end up in shelters or put to sleep.
