Midwest Pet Refuge is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the animals in our region. MPR is located in Portland, IN and we help homeless, abandoned, stray and unwanted pets in East Central Indiana. We are focused on helping animals in need, as well as educating the public on responsible pet ownership. Midwest Pet Refuge is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization relying on community support, volunteers, and donations to operate. Additional adoption info

We require a completed application and references. Our fees cover the vetting we have in our pets for adoption. We are looking for loving family homes who are wanting to adopt a new indoor family member.
