Small Animal Rescue Team of Iowa

We are a home based all volunteer rescue located in Des Moines Iowa. We are licensed with the Iowa Department of Land Stewardship and are currently working on obtaining 501c (3) nonprofit status. We currently rescue small cage dwelling animals such as ferrets, rabbits, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, etc. We even have a few kittens. As the only state licensed caged animal rescue we have been called on to take in more than our facility can hold. We are currently searching for committed foster homes and adopters
