Rescue FAQs

Mission Green Light Rescue is dedicated in providing a shelter, nutrition and medical needs for those four legged furry dogs that don't have a place to call home. We will be their voice and we will give them the GREEN LIGHT they deserve.... Company Overview Green Light Rescue is a small non-profit rescue for dogs of all breeds. With our main concentration on the homeless and those who are on the verge of being euthanized. This group believes 100% on spaying and neutering. That is the only way to stop overpopulation of animals leading to homeless dogs or euthanasia.
WE ARE A FOSTER BASE RESCUE, WE DON'T HAVE A FACILITY, ALL OF OUR BABIES ARE IN A IN-HOME ENVIRONMENT. We meet in South Houston/Pasadena/Alvin, but will work with anyone in Texas. email us or leave us a voicemail.

Additional adoption info

We are currently working with only dogs.

We will spay/neuter, vaccinate, deworm and heartworm test dogs. All potential adopters will have to fill out an application and if approved will have to pay a adoption fee of $100.00 (specific pets may have a lower fee)

As long as we have a foster for the pet you are wanting to enroll to our rescue or you are willing to foster we wont say no. We do need to schedule an evaluation for the pet prior to accepting. A surrender form and a foster form will need to be filled out.

Favorite quote: "Saving one dog/cat will not change the world, but surely will for that dog/cat the world will change."

Please remember animals are a lifetime commitment.

Please contact us via email for any applications.
