Shelter FAQs

Maury County/ Columbia Animal Services Center provides comprehensive animal care and control services for residents of Maury County. The Animal Services Center facility houses the Adoption Center, Intake Center, shelter for stray and unwanted pets, the Animal Control Division, and a veterinary clinic for shelter animals.

Additional adoption info

All pets require an approved application and meet & greet to complete an adoption. Dogs=$75.00, Cats= $50.00 The Adoption Center provides pet adoption services for the public. All adoptable pets are spayed/ neutered and have received all applicable vaccinations, flea/tick preventative, deworming, and have been tested for heartworms (dogs).
