Additional adoption info
If you are interested in adopting a senior German Shepherd from Woody's Place there are two forms you will need to fill out in order to adopt.
The first is the Adoption Application/Questionnaire. This form must be completed and returned with the application fee of $25 in order for us to start the process of best matching you with a senior German Shepherd. This part of the process may take some time, so please be patient with us.
The second form is the Adoption Contract. This form is the contract to be completed when you are matched with the senior German Shepherd you would like to adopt.
