Lifesaving is the most important service we provide to the community. We are open 7 days a week for dog and cat adoptions.
Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is the only shelter solely devoted to the lost and abandoned animals of Round Rock, Cedar Park, Hutto, Leander, Georgetown, and Williamson County.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees vary. Please call for the latest special.

Regular adoption fees at the shelter cover:
- basic vaccines
- spay/neuter surgery
- heartworm screening
- microchip

Adoption Policies

- must be 18 years or older to adopt

- must have valid ID

- must fill out adoption questionnaire

- all adoptions are first come, first serve

- we cannot hold animals
