Additional adoption info

Our Adoption Process is comprised of the following:

Fill out an adoption application with a summary of why your interested in adopting one of our animals and who. Once your application has been reviewed and references have been called, we would schedule a home visit and meet and greet also if you have any other pets, everyone would have to meet as well.
We have a 2 week foster to adopt program to make sure it is the best suitable forever home. Once the two week program is up, we would finalize the adoption.
Our adoption fees for cats range between:
$60-$75.00
Our adoption fees for dogs range between:
$135.00-$350.00
Please understand, some of our animals require a lot more medical care, larger amounts of food etc. All adoption fees are tax deductible and used to help save another animal from a kill shelter and be provided food, shelter and quality medical care. Most of our animals have already been spayed/neutered, microchiped, completely up to date on all vaccines: Dapp/Lepto, Bordetella, Lyme, hw test and prevention and fecal checks are done to ensure they are clear of intestinal parasites. In some case, we have animals that have been rehabilitated and have worked with behaviorists to help build confidence. Others have required emergency surgery for hips, eyes and more.

HEART INC, Happy Endings Animal Rescue Team is a 501c(3) non profit charities that works solely on donations. If you would like to make monetary donations to the rescue for medical care, you can contact our local vet office Hopewell Animal Hospital and directly make your donations to our medical fund.
