We have transport services to go well beyond our current location so we do not limit ourselves to specific locations. The list above is based upon where we have adopted thus far.

Adoption Application including personal references and veterinary reference.
If renter, Landlord information for verification of animal policy and deposits.
Home Visit, Meet and Greets to confirm a good match for the home, family and all pets.
Once approved an adoption agreement and fee is required. Dogs with all vaccinations (age appropriate) and spay/neuter. Puppies too young for spay/neuter will sign an agreement that the puppy will be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age. Also, they have 30 days from the appropriate age to schedule the spay or neuter and our volunteers follow-up and require proof of completion.

For Otis Sake rescues animals at high-risk or placed in a “death row” status through volunteers and foster families as we have no physical animal shelter.
We rescue animals locally and from various states, coordinate transportation and meet all of our animals to join them on their “freedom” journey.
Once an animal becomes part of the For Otis Sake family they know they are safe, loved and they will be placed in the perfect FUREVER HOME!
