Our goal is to rescue at-risk dogs and place them in stable, loving, and permanent homes.
Through no fault of their own, these dogs find themselves in shelters or with guardians who can no longer care for them. We believe each dog is special and deserves to be cherished and protected. We are dedicated to helping find these loyal companions a permanent home and a second chance at life.

Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationPlease go directly to our website www.k9bestfriendsforever.com and click on "Adopt" which will take you to our online application form.
- InterviewWe will email you if we have any questions, and we will call your references.
- Meet the PetOnce your application is approved, you will be invited to meet the dog. You may adopt the dog at that time, but you are under no obligation.
- Sign Adoption ContractIf you decide to adopt, you will sign our adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.
- Take the Pet HomeYou have a 7-day trial period. If you decide the dog is not the right match, you may return the dog for a full refund of your adoption fee.

We require an adoption application and reference check prior to adoption.
Our adoption fee is $300 for most dogs, which covers vet check, age appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, and grooming.
