Our mission is to help the homeless, abused and neglected animals and educate pet owners about the necessity of responsible pet ownership and care, promote spaying and neutering programs, and break the vicious cycle of overpopulation and abuse.We are a 501(c)3 non-profit no-kill animal rescue based in Mendenhall MS but serve all of the surrounding areas as well. We are a completely volunteer based rescue and rely on fosters and donations. Additional adoption info

Fee's vary based on the particular animal but on average dogs/puppies adoption fee is $75, horses $500 and cats $45 and since we take in any species of animal if we have a foster other adoption animals fees will vary based on the species. To adopt we require an adoption application to be completed and home visit/ meet and greet may be required before completion of the adoption to make sure its the right fit for both pet and adopter. Contract is required and any adoption that doesn't work out we do require for the pet to be surrendered back to SOS.
