Rescue FAQs

Pitter Patter Puppy House is a 501C3 rescue organization that is staffed by all volunteers. We are a Petco Foundation Partner. Our purpose is provide a better quality of life to the animals we rescue by finding them their furever homes, so they no longer have to worry about being alone, hungry, mistreated and unloved ever again. Each of our rescues are placed in foster homes so they are socialized and provided love and attention until they are adopted. FOSTERS NEEDED...THE MORE FOSTERS WE HAVE THE MORE PUPPIES AND DOGS WE CAN SAVE. PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL DONNA IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE MOST REWARDING VOLUNTEER POSITION EVER.
The Pitter Patter Puppy House is dedicated to rescuing dogs and puppies from unfortunate circumstances where they were abandoned, neglected, abused or surrendered to high kill shelters. We are committed to providing them a quality of life by finding them a furever loving home and family they deserve.

Additional adoption info

We require anyone who is interested in adopting a dog or puppy from Pitter Patter Puppy House to fill out an adoption application which can be found on our website. Once the application is approved and references are checked, a meet and greet adoption appointment will be made. If Pitter Patter Puppy House and you agree that the puppy you choose is the right fit for you and your family, we will proceed with the adoption. If a dog/puppy is not spayed/neutered prior to adoption, the adopters are required to submit proof that this procedure was completed by a veterinarian to Pitter Patter Puppy House. The adoption fee is $295 to help defray expenses for the dog’s food, veterinary care, health certificate, supplies and transportation by volunteers. We reserve the right to refuse any application if we determine it is not in the best interest of the dog/puppy.
