Rescue FAQs

I am a 30 year behaviorist and trainer and I have been involved in rescue for many years. I was senior trainer at a large pet chain for 5 years as well as vice president of Georgetown Animal Outreach for 4 years. Dogs are my passion and I have seen the tragedy of so many dogs on the streets and in shelters that just need a chance to find the perfect family. So Find-Love-Train was started to help save dogs one adoption at a time.
We are a privately funded hometown rescue that have various personal foster dogs as well as we foster for local shelters and organizations. We serve the Austin and surrounding area.

Additional adoption info

An adoption application is required. We ask for general information as well as personal and veterinarian references. A home visit is required on all applications.
