Our mission is to promote the welfare and responsible care of animals, protect them from neglect and cruelty and increase humane awareness and compassion for all creatures through humane education, spay and neuter assistance, and adoption programs for stray, abandoned and unwanted animals.
The Humane Society of the Upper Valley is a volunteer based organization that works to save the lives of animals in the Upper Snake River Valley.
