Saving Whiskers and Tails (SWAT), LTD is a foster-based animal rescue committed to saving and nurturing animals in the Mayes county area through a network of devoted foster homes that provide them with the care and love they need to find their perfect, permanent homes. In addition, Saving Whiskers and Tails (SWAT), LTD utilizes the Facebook Page, Saving Whiskers and Tails, to promote the importance of animal care and safety. With over 14,000 followers, this page is used to assist in locating and retrieving lost pets and provides photographs and details to prospective foster parents and/or permanent adoptive parents for abandoned and/or abused pets and services animals for placement in their forever homes.
