Round Table Haven

Round Table Haven is a new rescue group in Southern Maryland. We are a small but strong and dedicated group of people who want to make a difference in our community.
We all have experience working in local shelters and/or vet offices. Using that expertise, we are shaping this rescue in order to be a place where we can help animals while educating and assisting the public as well.

Round Table Haven’s mission is to promote animal welfare,
to encourage and strengthen the human/animal bond,
and to prevent the overpopulation of animals.
RTH’s mission is accomplished through its numerous programs including providing a safe haven for animals, pet adoption, spaying and neutering, humane education, and pet behavior training and counseling.
RTH prides itself on being a transparent organization, and welcomes input from the community.

Rescue FAQs

Round Table Haven focuses in the following counties: Charles, St. Mary's, Calvert and Prince Georges, however, we do not exclude people or animals from other counties and will adopt out to anyone willing to travel to Southern Maryland to meet our adoptable animals.

Additional adoption info

When adopting from Round Table Haven, we do ask that you fill out an application and give a vet reference. If you are adopting a dog and currently have dog(s), we do ask that a meet and greet is done to see how the dogs get along.
