Rescue FAQs

No Place Like Home Pet Rescue is a non profit animal rescue dedicated to the rescue and rehoming of surrendered, stray, and at risk shelter pets in the Twin Cities area. Why do we do what we do? Because these animals, simply put, are worth fighting for. In an effort to help combat animal homelessness by promoting the spay/neuter program, we also encourage responsible pet ownership through education and by making accessible community resources that will help keep animals with their families and out of the shelter.

Additional adoption info

All interested individuals will be asked to fill out and complete an adoption application, provide a record of neuter/spay of any resident dog or cat as well as current vaccinations, provide veterinary (if applicable) and personal references, and be open to a home visit prior to approval to adopt.
