Additional adoption info
1) Fill out our online adoption application at https://www.facebook.com/notes/earth-angel-rescue-services-inc/ears-adoption-application/512974928884157 . We require three personal references, a vet reference, and a home check.
2) Our adoption fees are $250 for a dog under the age of 6 years old, and $200 for a dog 6 years of age and older.
3) All dogs will be up to date on shots as appropriate for age, microchipped, and spayed/neutered if age appropriate. Puppies under the age of 6 months will not be spayed/neutered, and a spay/neuter contract is required stating that the puppy will be spayed/neutered by the age of 6-8 months. At that time, the adopter is required to send us proof that it's been done.
