Third Coast Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization based in Mobile, Alabama, formed to save homeless and abandoned animals mostly, but not limited to, the Gulf Coast Area.

Third Coast follows a detailed adoption process that helps us ensure every dog and potential family are a good match. Our adoption fee is $175.00. This includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, worming, and microchip. Also, all of our dogs receive monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention.

About Third Coast Animal Rescue

Third Coast Animal Rescue is dedicated to helping abandoned and homeless pets find loving homes. We work tirelessly to promote and support life-saving initiatives that enable responsible pet guardianship while treating each animal and adopter as an individual. Additionally, we provide education for prospective adopters about the responsibilities pet ownership and resources to successfully support their new family member.

When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.

So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
