Rescue FAQs

WALK ME HOME RESCUE GROUP is an all-volunteer non-profit organization under IRS section 501(c)(3) and relies solely on donations to care for the animals in our care. We consider ourselves a "SMALL DOG" rescue. All of our dogs our usually under 30 lbs.

Additional adoption info

The adoption fee ranges from $250 to $450 which is based on the vetting provided to each individual animal which includes all current vaccinations micro chip and spay or neuter.

Adopters must complete an Adoption Application and pass a Home Safety Check as a prerequisite to adopting one of our companion animals. A contract is required to finalize the process.
