*Our mission is to balance the health, safety and welfare needs of the people and animals in our City: *To provide education to promote responsible pet ownership; *To protect animals and citizens by actively enforcing state and local laws; *Reduce pet overpopulation through education regarding spaying and neutering; *Strengthening the human-animal bond to reduce the number of animals surrendered to overcrowded shelters; *Reuniting lost and missing pets with the rightful owners; *Adoption of unwanted, abused, special needs and neglected animals into loving, permanent homes; *Work closely with respectable rescues; *To ensure that all animals are spayed or neutered prior to adoption in an effort to reduce the number of homeless pets; *To provide a loving, temporary shelter while maintaining a vigorous relocation program.
We pick up animals and accept surrendered animals from Beebe, Arkansas city limits only. We adopt out animals anywhere in the United States.

If you are wanting to add a dog to your family that already has a dog or children, we require that you bring the whole family (not cats or small animals) to meet the dog you are wanting to adopt. We have to ensure that all family members will be able to get along before adoption can be finalized.
