Stepping Stones Canine Fosters

We are a foster-based rescue that serves multiple in West Virginia. Rescue inquiries are welcome. We do have transport to northeastern states. Spay/Neuter program: Our aim is to spay/neuter as many animals as we can and to educate owners in doing the same. When we are approached to rescue and the owner has other dogs they are keeping, we insist that we have that animal spay/neutered at our cost also. When we go there for a spay/neuter run, we take 30 pups/dogs to be fixed every time. We offer spay/neuter transportation service to local residents. You pay the cost for surgery and we will transport your pet to/from the vet's office.
