Bright Starz has been open 5 yrs and I try to be different from others. I usually get back to ppl within 24 hrs. Pull dogs from hi kill shelters have them vetted and put up for adoption to give them a chance at a new life.

- Take the Pet Homeif interested, foster to adopt for up to 2 wks.
