Rescue FAQs
...three people saw a need and said "we want to help." We are a 100% volunteer based organization born out of the desire to make things better and the drive to make a difference in the lives of neglected animals. With over 15 years of rescue experience, the Directors of PAR strive to help the homeless and needy animals in Baltimore and the surrounding areas find the loving homes they deserve.
We have no public facility, but operate with a network of dedicated foster parents and volunteers. To respect the privacy of our foster parents we do require an approved application to visit any of our fostered animals.
We receive no funding from any government source. We rely completely on adoption fees and donations. We are a registered 501(c)3 so all donations are tax deductible as the tax law permits. - After your application is approved, we will contact you to schedule a meeting.
- Sign Adoption Contract
- Pay the adoption fee and take your new pet home!
Additional adoption info
