Jill's Ferals is a private Trap-Neuter- Release assistance and adoption organization operating in the Port Jervis, NY and Tri-State area. Jill works with residents, businesses and local governments to humanely trap feral and community cats, spay, neuter and rabies vaccinate them and return them to their colonies where they are fed and watched over by kind caretakers. We start with a conversation. Tell us about yourself, your home and who lives there, your lifestyle, other pets, what you are looking for in a pet. We ask for a veterinary reference and landlord contact info if you rent. We may suggest a home visit.

Standard adoption donation is $60 which covers our cost to spay/neuter kittens and cats. Our felines are also given age-appropriate vaccinations, and treated for worms and fleas if needed.
