Our fee is from 250.00 to 350.00 for dog regardless of the vet bills and housing costs. Cats are 35.00 regardless of their costs. We do a Senior programs from half price to free depending. We get vet references and two to three references they know.. Google Earth their residence and check the county court records to verify ownership or rental. Renters need a notarized letter from a landlord. We do our own transport and we take our animals back for ANY reason. If less then 90 days we return the adoption fee 100%
Initial contact can be a very long conversation with a potential adopter. I have found people talk and the more they talk the more you can feel them out.

Pet ResQ 911 was developed as a rescue but more importantly it is a "Public Security Force for Companion Animals". We do cruelty investigations as well as pull from animal controls and take owner surrenders.
Our mission it to change the mind set from the past to make long time needed changes in animal care and welfare when in a county system. the mission is to bring respect and recognition to the profession ACO so NO grave diggers get the job of animal control.. where by what ever means they want they can kill.
Our mission to to get laws in every state to protect the companion animals from torture, neglect, abandonment, abuse and even killing. A felony conviction for such a crime should
be expect. We also want Spay and Neuter laws to control the animal populations. Thank you. In this arena Government is needed.

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life.
What is the difference between adopting a dog, adopting a cat, adopting a kitten or adopting a puppy versus getting dogs for sale, cats for sale, puppies for sale or kittens for sale from a dog breeder or a cat breeder?
When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
