Rescue FAQs
We rescue and rehabilitate dogs that are homeless or surrendered in Las Vegas and surrounding areas and help them find a new forever family. All our dogs are fostered in homes to help them relax and learn manners and all dogs are spayed/neutered and vaccinated before they are placed.

Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationPlease complete an adoption application which is available on our website. www.forgottendogsanimalrescue.org
- InterviewWe'll have a rescue representative call you to give you more information and together decide if the pet is a good fit for your family.
- Meet the PetThe next step is a Meet and Greet for you to meet the pet.
- Home CheckWe schedule a quick visit to your home to make sure that your space is safe for the dog.
- Approve ApplicationAfter step 1-4 is completed, we move to finalizing the adoption.
- Pay FeeFinalize the adoption paperwork and pay our adoption fee.
