Forgotten Treasures is a foster based rescue. Rescued animals reside in loving foster homes til ready for adoption. Our animals receive all shots and testing necessary to move into a home in best health.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    1. Submit application for the pet you are interested in.
  2. Approve Application
    1. Our adoption coordinator will review your application to ensure the pet is a good fit for you and for the pet.
  3. Meet the Pet
    1. Once approved, we will arrange a "Meet & Treat" to ensure you and the pet are a good fit!
  4. Sign Adoption Contract
    1. We will coordinate for you to fill out the final adoption paperwork, pay the adoption fee, and then take your new family member home!

Additional adoption info

All pets must be returned to FTAR if the pet does not fit your household.

Submitted applications are not guaranteed an adoption. The goal of FTAR is match the pet with the perfect family for their personality and energy.
