SOUL Dog Rescue & Rehab was formed by several caring individuals who want to reduce the euthanasia rates at shelters across the Midwest. SOUL - Save One Unwanted Life - is our desire. Every single dog matters. We will work to make the transition - from shelter to foster home to furever home - as smooth as possible.
We are dedicated to saving the lives of dogs at risk in high-kill shelters.
