About Our Shelter
We started rescuing dogs in 2001 and became a non profit animal rescue in 2006 out of the sheer need to save animals from the streets, and pick up the ones dropped at our doorstep. We now are able to help the community with stray animals, promote spay/neuter, and last year found forever homes for 109 animals from our location, and transferried over 300 for off site adoption through the SPCA of Texas.
Come Meet our Pets
We are open 7 days a week by appointment. Come see our waggin' tails and happy faces on 22 acres with large runs and a 5 acre play area. Email for directions.
Our Adoption Process
We have a simple contract ensuring that our rescue will be well taken care of, medically and physically , will never be tied or chained, and that a secure fenced area is provided for outdoor play. 'Our fee is $95 for any animal . He/ She would already be spayed and/or neutered and current on shots.
Dog adoption and cat
adoption saves lives. Adopt
a dog or adopt a cat and
you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog
or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder?
When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes.
Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they
think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from
a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage
people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA,
humane society or pet rescue group.
