Here's what the humans have to say about me:
BLITZ Male Great Dane X DOB October 2012 Contact kassijewell@gmail.com
Meet Blitz!......... Blitz was found in the Aldine area where he frequented a donut shop we often go to. Blitz is a very happy dog who is a little over a year old. He is very likely a Great Dane mix, but is quite small, weighing in at about 55 pounds. He was found with a broken hip that had likely been that way for a long period of time. Since then, he has had surgery on that hip and has recovered extremely well! He is crate and potty trained and is an extremely fast learner who has already learned sit, stay, and down! Blitz is very playful, loves other dogs and people and is very well tempered. He is also great on a leash and does not pull at all. He is learning how to play with a ball and that is quickly becoming his favorite game! Heartworm negative, neutered and is up to date on all shots. Blitz cannot wait to find a forever home and would love to find a family that will walk him everyday and help him regain the muscle in his leg! If you would like more information about this handsome guy please contact Kassi at kassijewell@gmail.com
*****If you would like more information about the dog featured above, be sure to send a note to the "Contact Person." This is the person fostering the dog and they will be happy to answer any questions you have. Please don't just show up at Adoption Day expecting every dog to be there. We are limited by the number of volunteers who can help at each Adoption Day.
Also, in sending your note to the Contact Person, be sure to include information about yourself, family, home, yard, fence, other pets, work situation, and pet accommodations. This information will help us make the best match between you and one of our dogs***
