My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bruno comes to us after his owner of 10 years was forced to get rid of him due to NYC housing breed/weight ban. Sad, we have to live in a world that bans dogs due to size and breed. Bruno did nothing wrong, however he landed in a very crowed NYC shelter where he was nearly euthanized due to overcrowding. Bruno is a smart fellow, gets around well, is social and tolerant of other dogs and respectful of cats (cat tested here and ignored despite being swatted by our resident Mr. Bones). We do have video if requested. This fellow would do best in an adult-only home that is on the quieter side. If you would like a walking buddy and someone who wants nothing more than to be your best friend Bruno is the man for you.
