This beautiful brindle boy is Zeus, a boxer/shar pei mix that is only about 2 years old. Zeus came to us from down south in search of a wonderful home of his own. By the looks of Zeus when he came in, he may never have had a good home in his young life. He was quite thin and neglected, and it also appears as if someone tried to dock his tail, but gave up halfway through. We have since plumped him up, and now he is enjoying life and is ready to put his past behind him. Zeus is one of the happiest guys around and never met someone he didn't like. He makes friends very easily. All you need to do is show Zeus a leash and his entire back end wiggles with excitement. Zeus is well behaved and waits patiently while you leash him up, and although he is strong, he walks well on a leash. Zeus loves to run and play in our exercise yard. He's not too familiar with toys, but is learning that they are a lot of fun very quickly. Zeus is very outgoing and affectionate too, and just wants to be your friend. He would do best in a home with no cats, but he doesn't seem to mind other dogs. This little darling is so deserving of a fresh start in life.....please make his dreams come true! File#22974 10/12/13
