My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zach is a sweet, silly black mouth cur / hound mix. He's about 12 months old and loves to run and play - with other dogs and his foster mom & dad. He loves affection and is looking for a great home with a fenced yard and lots of indoor/outdoor attention and companionship.

Zach had his neuter surgery in January and received his last shot and microchip that day, too. (He weighs about 45 pounds now.) He has done very well with his post-operative crate training and leash walking. He can be a little shy and reserved at first, but is a quick learner and eager to please. (He hasn't been thrilled about leash walks after dark or in the rain - but does "get busy" quickly so he can go back inside where he's warm and comfy! He would do well with a fenced yard!) :-) He sits beautifully on command and poses nicely for pictures!
